Subject of the Agreement

   The Employee has been hired by Employer to perform research and writing assignments in the variety of fields and in congruence with the instructions set forth.

Employment Agreement

   The employer has been hired and now is obligated to perform research and writing assignments in different fields of studies in accordance with the instructions set by the customer and those set in this agreement.

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

    1.  Responsibilities and rights of both parties:
Writing services will be done in the form of the individual papers/essays which will be appointed on the first-come-first-serve basis through our system operating on-line tracking-executive service.
    2. You as a writer are obligated to produce a custom written paper that is done according to the specifications and guidelines provided in the description of the certain order.
    3. All orders have a set due date and it is your responsibility to upload the completed and proofread version before that date. In case of failure to do so the order may be granted a zero payment if the customer requires a refund or is totally unsatisfied with service provided.  Regardless of the case details the writer’s pay will be deducted according to the fine schedule and automatically marked as overdue in our system.
    4. When writing a paper the employee has to make sure that his/her paper meets all the requirements stated in the order, only in that case the employee will get paid. In case of an unsatisfactory result the customer will send the order for revision and the employee will have to revise the assignment for no extra pay and according to customer’s requirements.  The revised version will have a due date as well and must be completed prior to that due date otherwise new fines will be applied.
    5. The payment method details will be described in the “payment” section of this agreement. Writers who accept and complete orders during a certain month will get paid on the 10th of the following month according to the regulations stated in the “payment” section.
    6. In our company copied and pasted papers will not be considered genuine work and will not be rewarded. Customers will only pay for original and customized work. The discovery of plagiarism by us or by the customer will result in zero payment for the order.
    7. It is not required that the Employee be a professional in every imaginable area of study. Obviously the topics vary vastly thus the writer can paraphrase other people’s work while citing it properly. Each paper should match the order’s requirements and live up to university level writing in terms of the content and language used. The writing should be comprehensive, well-structured, and formal for it will be checked by university professors and students’ academic performance depends greatly on Employee’s level of writing. Those rules should be followed at all times unless stated otherwise in the order description provided by the customer.

Format Specifications:

    1.  The work completed by the Employee should be always authentic, done from scratch and it should correspond to the established format specifications. To make it absolutely understandable the writer receives payment only for each page of customized writing that is correctly formatted as a Microsoft Word document and saved as RTF file (Rich Text Format) and uploaded to the system.
    2. It should be Times New Roman font (nothing else will be acceptable)
    3. Margins on all sides should constitute 1 inch (2.54 cm)
    4. The text should be aligned to the left with no justification.
    5. Paragraphs have to be double spaced and identified using TAB key.
    6. Every page should be completely filled with text; otherwise it will not be considered a finished paper.
    7. Each paper has to start with the title specified by the customer unless instructed otherwise.
    8. Every paper should contain an abstract and an outline of what is written in the paper, both of those will not be included in the payment and are done as an additional service for the customers.
    9. Each work must included a bibliography page (unless the customer does not require otherwise) that is properly formatted according to the demanded academic style (APA, MLA, Turabian, etc). The bibliography page does not count toward pay.

Payment terms and rates

    1. Every order has a rate that is assigned to it automatically based on the delivery date of the order and academic level. The price per page is usually within $6 - $20 range.
    2. Payment for the current month will be paid on the 10th of the proceeding month. The Employees responsibility is to provide the bank account information before the pay day.
    3. Once the pay has been calculated and the multiplier has been applied, 15% of that amount will be held on reserve and paid out in full the following month. Such action is needed in order to protect the Employer from possible obligations that might occur if the collaboration is canceled by the Employee. The reserve amount will be paid out in full when the Employer decides to terminate the partnership.
    4. If the Employee earns the same or greater amount of reserve during the first 15 days of any given month, than Employer can release the full amount for the current month without the reserve. To show how is works: the total pay for March is calculated on April 15th and comes out to be $1000. The policy states that 15% or $150 should be put on reserve and paid out on May 15th. However, if the amount earned from Apr 1st to Apr 15th exceeds $150, the Employer may choose to release the pay for March in full ($1000); otherwise, only $850 will be released on April 15th and the remainder will be released on May 15th.
    5. Bonus Program: all writers participate in our bonus program that has been recently introduced by Freelancing-Here. The bonuses will be calculated based on the individual performance. 

1. Upload Instructions

   Freelancing-Here is the on-line order management/tracking system that allows the Employee to upload orders automatically upon completion. The automated facility will forward the work directly to the customer. Each order has a stipulated due date and it is the Employee’s responsibility to upload the order prior to the specified time. Orders uploaded past the due date will be automatically marked as late and could be fined. To upload the work successfully it is required to follow the steps below:
    1. Save the order as a RICH TEXT FORMAT DOCUMENT (.rtf -- should be done in Microsoft Word).
    2. The filename must be the ORDER ID assigned to that particular order (i.e. 540891-123475.rtf).
    3. Once you are logged to the system, find the order you are finished with from the “Orders in Progress" from the menu and click "Browse". Thereafter, locate your file on the hard drive and click on the "Send" button.
    4. It is recommended that the Employer checks the status of the order that has just been uploaded. The status of the order will automatically become “Complete” if the upload was successful. 

2. Debits and Adjustments

    1. The Employer may be forced to refund an order that does not meet the requirements of the client if cannot be corrected by The Employee. In that case, the order will be deleted from the Completed Orders section. In case this order was already paid by Employer the adjustment to the next payment will be done. The Employee will receive an email notification in such instances should they occur.
    2. The Employer might issue fines in case the Employee signs up for an order and then refuses to complete it prior or after the due date. The fines may also be issued if the Employee does not complete the work on specified time. 
 

3. Confidentiality of Agreement 

    1. The Employer and the Employee agree to maintain the subject and conditions of this agreement in strict and absolute confidence.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

   By agreeing with the following terms and conditions the Employee will be bound by and will become an accomplice to this agreement which is a set of conditions, policies and terms established and implemented by the company. The responsibility of meeting those conditions applies to both parties.

Job description

    You are about to assume the position of staff writer in the company. As a staff writer, your objective is to produce a custom written research paper in accordance with the specifications set forth in the description of the order. Each order has a stipulated due date and your responsibility is to complete the work prior to that particular time. Failure to do so may result in zero payment for that particular order if the customer (the person who placed the order) chooses to demand a refund. To receive payment for the order you (the writer) have to make sure that your custom research paper meets the requirements (topic, guidelines, format, number of pages, number of sources, depth of research, academic level, etc.) stated by the customer in the order description. In case you fail to fully comply with the directions, the customer may send a revision request and you will have to correct the paper according to the guidelines at no extra pay. The presence of pending revision requests will prevent you from booking new orders; in other words revision requests must be given highest priority and completed prior to any further work.

Job specifications

    We pay for custom work only - cut and pasted papers do not count toward your payment. The discovery of plagiarism will result in zero payment for the order. Please keep in mind that "cut and pasted works" may endanger academic integrity of our clients, make you forfeit your pay and undermine the reputation of our firm. In order to produce a quality custom term paper it is not required that you be an expert in every field of study imaginable. Since topics vary greatly you may simply paraphrase works of other people that you happen to come across on the Internet. In addition to fully meeting the requirements of the order and the aforementioned format specifications we expect the level of your work to live up to the requirements of university level education both in terms of its content and language. As far as the linguistic component is concerned, your work should feature formal, cohesive, well-structured sentences and proper word choice and usage unless specified otherwise.

Paper Format

   In addition to being fully custom-written and authentic (not cut and paste hack job), your academic work should comply with our company's established format specifications. To make it abundantly clear, you only get paid for a page of custom written text properly formatted in a Microsoft Word document and saved in RICH TEXT FORMAT ONLY. To save a Word document in Rich Text Format please open Microsoft Word, then select "File->Save As->Save as type->Rich Text Format" and click on "Save" button.
   • 12 point Times New Roman font, DOUBLE SPACED (no other font and no other line spacing will be accepted);
   • 1 (one) inch margins on all 4 sides (2.54cm = 1 inch). Do not increase margins to produce more text; do not use gutter or any other tricks;
   • Each paragraph should be indented;
   • The text should be aligned to the LEFT (ALIGN LEFT in Microsoft Word). No justification;
   • Each page must be filled with text, i.e. a 5 page paper must contain 5 full pages of text and a fraction more;
   • Each paper should begin with a title (exactly as it is stated in the order, unless instructed otherwise);
   • Each paper must come with a bibliography page properly formatted in accordance with a required academic style (MLA, APA, Turabian, AMA, Chicago). You can find sufficient information on academic styles on the Internet;

Compensation

   Pay rates vary from order to order. The administration is authorized to set any rate for any order at its discretion. You will see the pay rate prior to taking the order. Once the order has been taken, the pay rate assigned to that order is not subject to further fluctuation. The pay for a given month will be disbursed at the beginning of the next month. The total pay due at the end of the month can easily be derived from the amount of completed orders (just choose completed orders in your control panel to see the amount). Refunds and deductions for preceeding months will be subtracted from the amount. Once the payment is disbursed to the writer the orders will be marked as paid.
